1 - General terms and conditions of sale (GTCS)
1-1 - ApplicationThese terms and conditions apply to sales transactions concluded by Hotel Le Régent.
1-2 - Capacity
All customers of Hotel Le Régent acknowledge that they have the capacity to contract, i.e. that they are of legal age and not under guardianship.
1-3 - Prices
Prices are quoted in Euros. VAT is always included. The prices indicated include only the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. Any additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax will be added to the price mentioned in the reservation at the time of invoicing.
The prices applicable are those in force on the day of booking. The hotelier is free to change prices at any time. Therefore, the price displayed during a visit to the Hotel Le Régent website is valid only for orders taken during the period in which it is displayed. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.
1-4 - Terms of payment
Payment terms depend on the type of reservation;
In the case of a RACK reservation (cancellable, modifiable subject to conditions), payment for all services is made directly to the hotel during your stay.
In the case of a NANR reservation (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable), the hotel will deduct the cost of the room directly at the time of booking.
A deposit may be requested at the time of booking.
Any person not registered at the time of booking may not stay in the hotel free of charge.
1-5 - Complaints
All complaints must be made to the hotelier within 30 days of the date of stay.
1-6 - Liability
The hotel's liability is unlimited in the event of theft of goods or objects when they have been entrusted to its care only.
1-7 - Data protection
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act L.78-17 of January 6, 1978, customers are hereby informed that any personal information provided to Hôtel Le Régent will be processed electronically, unless they expressly object.
This data processing has been declared to the CNIL.
The customer has the right to access, rectify or delete any personal data at any time.
The information requested at the time of booking is essential for the proper processing of your request. The only recipient of this information is the hotelier concerned by the reservation request.
1-8 - Applicable law
Any dispute, claim or litigation relating to the booking of a stay or hotel room is subject to French law.
2 - Special conditions
The following special conditions apply to all reservations made through the Hotel Le Régent website.
2-1 - Booking conditions
In order to guarantee a reservation, customers are asked to provide their credit card number, which is transmitted by secure means.
In the case of a TARIF BAR OR PACKAGE reservation (cancellable, modifiable under certain conditions), full payment for the stay is made directly to the hotelier. In the case of an NR reservation (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable), the amount for the room is deducted directly at the time of reservation by the hotelier.
The reservation is firm and definitive only after receipt of the confirmation sent to the customer by the hotel.
Payment of the balance of the stay must be made on site with the hotelier. The customer is requested to inform the hotelier in the event of late arrival.
2-2 - Modification of a reservation
Only BAR OR PACKAGE reservations (cancellable, conditionally modifiable) can be modified. NANR reservations (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) cannot be modified.

Reservation changes are not binding until the hotel has received confirmation.
Requests for changes must be made 48 hours before the date of arrival, and may be subject to cancellation conditions.
2-3 - Cancellation conditions
NANR reservations (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) cannot be cancelled.
Only BAR OR PACKAGE reservations (Cancellable, conditionally modifiable) can be cancelled under the following conditions:
To cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to contact the hotel directly - by telephone 01 46 34 59 80, every day of the week - by e-mail at hotel.leregent@wanadoo.fr
Cancellation of a reservation is effective on receipt of an e-mail from the hotel confirming the cancellation, and the deposit paid at the time of booking will be deducted from the hotel's website.
No fee will be charged for cancellations or modifications made 48 hours prior to arrival.
In the event of late cancellation or modification, 100% of the first night's stay will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
2-4 - Liability
The present conditions of sale are subject to French law and to the jurisdiction of the court of Nanterre, or the court of the consumer's domicile.
2-5 - Withdrawal
In accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has no right of withdrawal for accommodation and catering services.
3 - Mediator:
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the right to use, free of charge, the mediation service offered by Hotel Le Régent.
